It combines a high-potency steroid (Betamethasone 0.05%), a broad-spectrum antibiotic (Gentamicin 0.1%), and a proven antifungal (Clotrimazole 1%). This 30g tube is the professional-sized option for managing skin conditions that involve inflammation, bacteria, and fungi simultaneously. Indications: Large Area Dermatitis: Treating wider patches of infected, itchy, or red skin. Stubborn Fungal Infections: Effective for athlete's foot (Tinea Pedis) or ringworm where significant swelling is present. Secondary Infections: Skin rashes that have become "weeping" or crusted due to scratching and bacterial growth. Moist Skin Fold Rashes: Redness in the groin or underarms that requires a longer course (5–7 days) to fully clear.
