While Bisoprolol calms the heart rate, Amlodipine works specifically to relax and widen the blood vessels. Indications: Hypertension (High Blood Pressure): Used as a "substitution therapy" for patients who were already taking these two drugs separately. Stable Coronary Artery Disease: Protecting the heart and improving blood flow in patients with chronic heart issues.
