Indications: Heart Failure Post-MI: Improving survival in patients with heart failure following a recent heart attack. Chronic Heart Failure (NYHA Class II): Reducing the risk of hospitalization and death in stable patients with reduced heart pumping efficiency. Hypertension: Treating high blood pressure, often when other medications are not enough. How to Use: Dosage: Usually starts at one tablet (25mg) once daily. A doctor may increase this to 50mg after 4 weeks. Administration: Can be taken with or without food. Swallow the tablet whole with water.
